Manage and develop all supply chain and inventory purchasing activities, including product management, commodity sourcing, vendor assurance, QC, reclamation to support four domestic sites, warehouses, and the needs of eight main company brands with 20,000+ SKU and $30 million in active inventory. Monitor and oversee the production output of 55 factories across Asia, manufacturing both consumer goods and heavy equipment. Select optimal transportation routes.

Main duties: Develop and implement strategic category initiatives across the organization. Engage in project management and R&D activities. Create a new brands matrix. Forecast material costs. Director of Procurement and operations 2013–2017

Lead QC, buying, and transportation department, overseeing over $30 million worth of decoration products and POS material purchases for the needs of 86 retail stores. Source and develop 120+ suppliers with 12,000 SKU across China and India, and manage the company’s procurement and logistics activities. Evaluate reporting metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turns. Simultaneously work on multiple tasks. Create and champion key projects to move supply chain operations forward. Ensure the timeliness of shipments to achieve monthly revenue goals.

Main duties: Develop and establish organizational SCM guidelines and policies. Manages assigned suppliers. Manage representative office and staff. Oversee $1.1 million representative office budget spend. Engage in all direct and indirect material procurement processes. Develop senior stakeholder relationships within the HR, marketing and sales and professional services to establish business needs and develop strategy for solutions. Payment terms were increased to 45 days. Reduced additional costs due to repacking, relabeling, and demurrage. Level of spoilage dropped from 12% to 2%.

Responsible for all onsite aspects of the 3PL, procurement, sourcing, and cargo delivery operations (with an annual capacity of 5,000 TEU) between Asia and Europe by controlling all customers’ ordering cycles. The company’s service was expanded by adding vendor assurance, certification, business tours, and dispute assistance. The clients’ cargo spoilage ratio was reduced to 4%. Work with a Chinese jewelry manufacturer, overseeing a team of 10 workers. Control and evaluate all manufacturing processes (except casting). Optimize production processes. Distribute tasks. Systems & network engineer 2001–2007
