Perform injections to bilateral knees with Hyalgan, Euflexxa or Trameel/Zeel and

Kenalog as needed as well as to suboccipital/trapezius muscles with Trameel/

Zeel and Kenalog as needed

Perform injections to SI/SC region with Trameel/Zeel and Kenalog as

needed for c/o neuropathy with radiation to bilateral lower extremities.

Perform nerve block injections to bilateral feet with 0.5% Marcaine and Kenalog as needed targeting deep/superficial peroneal nerves, sural, posterior tibial nerves as well as saphenous area.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound to new patients to aid in assessment of target/trigger

areas of injection and fluoroscopy prior to each subsequent injection to assess joint space, and assess progress during course of injection series.

Discuss and encourage patients to maintain continuity of care with physical therapy/injections per protocol to maintain optimal joint function.

Responsible for interpretation of various MRIs, Doppler studies as well as

assessing appropriate blood work to evaluate if clearance needed by PCP or

endocrinologist for possible renal contraindication.
