Development and Lease of 122 apartments for expatriates in both Intels/Property Development Company Limited Residential Camp Onne and also at her Aba Road Estate, Port Harcourt for 3 years subject to renewal which generated about USD 108m for the first three years.

Initiation and implementation of USD 10m advanced payment for all credit clients in a bid to reduce ever rising outstanding payments.
