Responsible for all packaging needs from development, BOM creation to production to supporting launches while working closely with sales and marketing.

Lead synergy and acquisition for entire packaging global spend to generate significant value and define, recommend and execute short, medium& long term plans to deliver continuous improvement & value.

Work with cross-functional teams in the development of project scope & related timelines which meet with brand design agencies for packaging design projects on time and within the brand’s budget from category audit through initial design concept to handoff to agency partners.

Manage the inbound supply chain of all critical commodities. I manage the internal team and external vendors to create and ensure a seamless supply chain of all materials while maintaining the quality and certification programs that are required.

Liaison to the U.S.D.A. Involved in the Development of Safety, Education and Quality Programs.

Oversee the Quality Assurance of 3 shifts/ 6 Day Production.
