Have handled various responsibilities which includes:

• Monitoring cleanliness of the Production Plants.

• Ensuring the high hygiene standards through swab procedures and environmental monitoring.

• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to Arrival goods, Processing goods and Finished goods.

• Calibrations of QC laboratory equipment as per schedule. 1) Quality Systems Responsibilities

• Provide support for QA system activities including document control, environmental monitoring, supplier management & routine batch release, internal/external compliance, audits, and general maintenance of the QMS.

• Initiate, develop and implement quality system improvements.

• Generating and maintaining all reports starting from vehicle inspection, raw & packing materials, area cleanliness, equipment cleanliness, daily online production process, fumigation, validation, finished goods and disposal reports.

• Performing Mock Recall for the product to check the efficiency of traceability.

• Knowledge to coordinating audit like In House Quality Safety Health Audit & Analytical safety Health Audit respect to laboratory operation.

• Environmental monitoring Plan for Airborne microbes & its controlling mechanism by fumigation & Coordinate with Pest control & Hygiene team for maintaining the PRP’s in place at all time.

• Managing the day-to-day action plans and communication with QA and technical operations team.

• Responsible for quality requirements & appropriate actions in case of deviations, and CAPA implementation at site.

2) Quality Laboratory Responsibilities

• Have experience in analysing following Raw Materials: Black Pepper, White Pepper, Red Chilly, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Maltodextrin, Coriander, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Silicon di oxide, Citric acid, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium L Glutamate, Ajitide I+G etc.

• Knowledge to perform all microbiological analysis relevant to Food microbiology by BAM, FSSAI & BIS methods:

A). Total bacterial count in foods, B). Total fungal count in foods, C). Isolate & identified the following pathogens from suspected foods samples by performing biochemical tests and using selective medias for respect pathogens. 1. Escherichia coli. 2. Salmonella sps 3. Vibrio cholerae 4. Clostridium sps 5. Vibrio parahaemolyticus 6. Staphylococcus aureus 7. Bacillus sp. 8. Shigella sp. 9. Aeromonas sps 10. Lactobacillus Species

• Physical and Chemical analysis such as Moisture, pH, NaCl for food samples were performed.

• Checking quality failure issues & sending report for the same to purchase department on regular basis and monitoring trends and taking action to reduce NCR.

• Maintaining quality records and Implementation of GMP, GHP, GLP. 3) Management Responsibilities:

• Develop, and present Quality Performance Information as required.

• Responsible to produce Certificate of Analysis(COA) for customers received goods. Accomplishment:

• Double Distilled unit’s waste water was being reused for sanitary purpose by collecting it in a separate storage tank
