The Earlier process was taking around 14 days and with the new platform, the loan approval will be completed in 30 minutes.

CIMB Clicks: Earlier, we had travelled for a Workshop to Kuala Lumpur in the last week of July. Client wanted to upgrade their existing retail banking system related to Profile merging, Local DB, Improve their user experience, Linking of their retail customers to their Tabung haji accounts and also enable their foreign telegraphic transfer.
