Daily responsibilities:

Management of events by establishing financial goals, adhere to budget, secure a venue, built an event and fundraising team, define team roles and host team meetings, registration set up, day of event comprehensive volunteer list of duties and tasks, donations, security and safety. Events included an annual 5k walk, wine tasting with live and silent auctions.

Worked daily with the Family Support Manager to ensure proper staffing for 5 kids camps and several programs offered annually. Staffing included volunteers and hired professional help. Meeting HIPAA requirement and overall safety and security of the kids and their families.
