● Managed EPC for ERHA FPSO Topsides (1600 tons) at Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering.

There are nine (9) modules to be completed within six (6) months and shipped to Sembawang

Shipyard Engineering Singapore, for final installation onto the biggest FPSO in the world.

● Managed Mechanical Installation Works on Guntong-E Production Platform at Sime Darby Engineering within yard’s schedule although most of the turbine generators, various pumps, turbine compressors, gas dehydration system, pedestal crane, oil water separators, flare system, hydrocarbon metering system, scrubbers, oil water separators, glycol contactor and chemical injection system were arrived later than expected.

● Managed EPIC of HVAC with ducting system in ERHA FPSO Local Electrical Room at Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering. This is the biggest FPSO in the world. Installation of huge stainless ducting was carried out continuously during night shift to finish within very short period.

● Managed EPIC of Air Fin Coolers (Heat Exchangers) for MTBE (Methyl Tertiary Butyl

Ether) and Polypropylene (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd at Gebeng, Pahang. Challenge: 12 weeks deadline, to use rare A516 Cr60 steel due to operating temp -46C and stringent safety regulation. Project completed as per schedule.

● Involved managing construction of 24 units of shophouses

● Involved managing construction of 168 units of Honeycomb housing estates

● Involved managing construction of Gallery shophouses.

● Involved managing construction 40 units of bungalows.
