The main objective of the study is to measure the effectiveness of the training in the organization and its impact on employee job performance in the organisation.

Engineering Project:

Title: Globe Tracker-A location based service application in mobile phones

This project aims at developing a location-based system called “Globe Tracker” based on J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition) architecture. This integrates an external GPS receiver device to a mobile phone via Bluetooth. The device sends the location data in terms of a string which is tokenized in order to get the required parameters such as the latitude and the longitude. These values are then sent to a map server and are then displayed in the mobile phone. “Globe Tracker” displays the current user location on the screen of a mobile system in real time on a map.
