Assist in maintain database of the suppliers & Products.

Material is purchased (Construction Materials i.e. Cement, Steel, Ready-mix, Blocks, Sand,

Aggregate, Machineries Generators, Tower Crane, other contraction equipments and

hardware materials etc) from the most competitive source based on the

criteria of Quality (fit for purpose), Delivery (lead time) and Lowest Cost option. It is

within budget to optimize the operation unit’s profitability.

Vendor negotiations regarding price, availability, and delivery schedules ensuring current

knowledge of market prices

Obtaining the price quotation from the sub contractors for projects (MEP, HVAC,

Aluminium works, Wooden Doors and other sub contractors) vendors & prepare

comparative statements for review and approval.

Assist in the correspondence with the suppliers with regards to the enquiries, follow-up,

negotiation and follow up for the deliveries.

Preparation of the Purchase Order.

Manages the purchase enquiries and ensure timely processing of all purchase requisitions.

Finds the best goods or services, identifies suppliers, negotiates prices, and grants contracts that ensure that the right amount of the product or service is received when needed.

Communication with internal interfaces include Engineering, Project Management Teams,

Operations Group, QSA, Finance and Commercial.

Manages invoices efficiently to ensure suppliers are paid as per the agreed terms

Identifies suppliers, and stays current on any changes in either the supply of or demand for needed products and materials

Reviews contracts and vendor agreements from time to time.

Evaluates vendor performance to assure highest possible service level at lowest possible

prices and Identifies lead-time, process and cost improvement opportunities.

Ensures the timely flow of goods and services from the vendor/supplier
