Interfaced with cross-functional teams to complete the implementation of a common release management approach for the PBNA and FLNA investment projects, developed yearly release and blackout freeze calendar, prepared for future project releases, and coordinated all crucial application and infrastructure work, including bug fixes and emergency releases. SAP Releases were deployed with SAP Solution Manager/SOLMAN 7.2/ChaRM. Collaborated with the project teams on a hybrid of waterfall and agile methodologies. Orchestrated functional team checkouts and testing for the Control-M v8 upgrade for test/production systems to ensure there were no issues after the upgrades or impact to the business.
