Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring ware house staff attendance and updating staff absents to HR Operations Manager To ensure that warehouse staffs are working effectively and correctly, thereby monitoring their work and giving training, guidelines and corrective measures if required. Staff performance reports needs to be updated to management on monthly basis. Ensuring all the WH’s are kept clean.

Checking on Admin team and preparing drivers schedule. Ensure to check the vehicles going for delivery and vehicles are leaving on time. checking pick list removed by the staff

Ensuring all the items is stored properly on the racks as per the instructed manner. Checking items received from suppliers and checking goods received back from customers Cost information for new and existing products for pricing review Conducting physical stock counts, ensuring all the particular items are in stock. Ensuring all the items are packed properly (barcode, price etc…) Ensuring that goods are not mishandled by the staffs Ensuring that no orders are short supplied or excess items are sent. Packing goods as required and ensuring that certain goods are always in stock. Prepare orders as per LPO’s, store movement reports and other instructions. Delivery Schedule management -sorting and reordering. Arrange all the invoices as per the delivery Schedule. All the invoices entered by the supervisor needs to be cross checked by the ware house manager once the vehicle left for deliveries.

Sample Request – Ensuring the samples are supplied within the time. Shipment – Ensuring all the shipments are offloaded and received on time. Prepare various reports and job vouchers as per the requirements. Objective:
