Reviewing the contract drawing before execution of work and checking the discrepancies in drawings in order to prepare shop drawing.

Preparation of Logistics drawing and preliminary arrangement setting out location plan as per approved Municipality Datum coordinates of the project.

Coordination and preparation of MEP Services layout.

Preparing bill of quantity.

Making RFI’s and necessary documents, coordinating with Technical engineer.

Preparation of Structural shop drawings.

Preparation of Architectural shop drawings, General Arrangement & detail drawings as per project requirement for Consultant approval.

Working and coordinating with Architectural, Structural, ID & M.E.P drawings

Develops repair working drawing, sketches & detail fabrication drawing for specific job.

Follow up subcontractors shop drawing submittals & review before submitting to consultant.
