Oversee all aspects of Global IT for businesses across Kohler Co.

Salesforce – sales (B2B, B2C, Trade) + 3C (customer care center) Service Global Strategy for Kohler business.

Discover and design future proof state of Salesforce landscape (art of the possible) which includes, best practices and recommendations for future state processes, personas, capability matrix, roadmaps, governance (DevSecOps), and epics for a global template with regional deviations.

Work on a global CPQ solution assessment for Kohler, which includes variant configuration requirements, gather global Kohler Co (across different lines of business) and analysis of 9 CPQ solution providers + accelerators.

Part of the team to enable Mulesoft and Copado for Kohler.

Finalized strategy for Loyalty management and Survey management related to Trade partners at Kohler.

Manage relationships between IT and all 4 LoBs at Kohler. Led reporting/analytics needs for business in C4C and Salesforce and mentored BI team for handover.
