OPERATIONS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that the overall targets for region are

achieved.

Prepare delivery forecasts and budgets, monitor

delivery volume, cost against forecasts and

adapt plans to improve the delivery performance

of the products/ services for the assigned region.

Lead assigned areas in terms of formulating

operational strategies for assigned region,

budget and manpower plans.

Supervise and train delivery managers in analysis and strategy formulation to achieve efficiency

targets.

Provide constant feedback to delivery managers

in areas of concern and improvement.

Conduct external research on market

competitiveness and consolidate macros and

industry statistics for business making decisions.

Responsible for monitoring, analysis, and

operational efficiencies of assigned region. As

such shall:1) Require the necessary report

analysis from the Heads under his region, 2)

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all the

reports, and 3) Provide a Macro analysis of the

region.

Provide analysis report to Sales Planning groups. Coordinate with all the departments to ensure

available delivery database.

DELIVERY MANAGER

Manage and coordinate the activities of Delivery

operation of whole South Luzon Hubs in Bicol, Laguna, Quezon, Batangas, Cavite and Palawan provinces.

Providing better quality service both internal and external customers. Manage and lead all members of the team in performing duties and set-up functions. Perform human relationship and administrative tasks to ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effective handling of Delivery operations on daily basis ensuring operational compliance and productivity.

Requires broad and deep understanding of the Delivery 2000-2009

operations as well as the technical expertise of

Review the existing Operating Procedures and

Facilitate training for some process improvement and reiteration for delivery operation

Perform special projects if needed.

OPERATIONS HEAD

Provide administrative support to the Area Sales

Manager. Duties include general clerical and project based work. Project a professional company image

through in-person and phone interaction. Plans and manages the day to day activities to continually improve work efficiency of the Area Head to ensure the

management with up to date and accurate reports and information from support Departments that will help achieve company’s year-end goal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and

documents of Area Head.

Meet, greet, and assist in managing board and

lodging (if necessary) of clients and visitors.

Create and modify documents for Area Head using

Microsoft Office.

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

Prepares, manage, and organize all records and

database related to the job reference, research, and report purposes. This may include but not limited to archiving, developing templates and submission of

reports.

Sign for and distribute packages.

Manage office furniture and supplies inventory.

Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.

Setup accommodation and entertainment

arrangements for Area Head visitors.

Support AH and/or TLs in assigned project based

work.

Manage on-time and accurate reports assigned by

Area Head.
