For me time is one commodity that is very precious in the accomplishment of this task and I never compromise meeting deadlines and punctuality.

I am self –disciplined, strong-willed, principled, hardworking, reliable and accountable person. I believe that I can always learn from people around me for I always work for personal satisfaction; hence I strive for excellence. I can perform equally well as an individual as well as in a team.

I make it a priority to keep up to date with new developments aimed at improving performance in my chosen area of work by reading, networking and attending development workshops as long as the company I am working for allows me to do. As a leader and manager, I am very perceptive towards identifying strengths and weaknesses in myself and in people I work with. This is vital in delegating tasks as well as planning and organizing for developmental programmers.

The vastness of experience that I have gained through being a Senior catering manager, unit leader and catering trainer and as a cook as well as through professional development, I am a very practical person who believes in openness and demonstrative leadership.
