Global File Transfer Team: IT Analyst - Expert 2012-2019

Lead for team responsible for all file transfers internally with Business Units and externally with clients. Work extensively with Development teams for all upgrades, UAT Testing, patching and maintenance, audit items, and client communications. Platforms include both mainframe and distributed systems.
