•Operated and maintained daily operations of Batch process for Sulfonic acid unit with flare system.

•Responsible for acurately and correctly bringing in raw materials via pigging pipeline stations, and other material that required physical addition. Daily readings, sampling for quality assurance, maintenance repairs and request by way of SAP notification. Operation of Delta V system in the batch process.
