Supervision Of service with the team of Service Engineers and coordinate with them to improve the after sales service of Exide Batteries.

Handling Dealer & Sub Dealer Channel Management in retail Service & guiding their staff to enhance Technical field promotion.

Implementation of FIFO system in the spokes & OEM’s dealerships.

Managing the Region level activity like availability of stock, take the technical reports and proper timely distribution Warranty to the Customer.
