• Provide support to manager and administrators.

• Handling office task such as filling, scanning, editing documents and maintaining the share drive file updated.

• Renew, update employees' visas and employment contracts on time to guarantee that the organizations' records are up to date in the Labor and Immigration Departments.

• Makes sure all business / company documents and Trade License are updated, follow-up official approval and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.

• Knowledgeable enough on process of getting residence permits.

• When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Police Station, Ministries/ Municipalities and other government Departments.
