• Identifies and evaluate unsafe work practices throughout the site, develop and recommends improvement and ensure proper implementation.

• Maintaining records of PTW’s and all the matters discussed and decisions made at each meeting of the vessel safety to be available for auditing as required by company standards.

• Increase and apply the awareness of Health and Safety levels within the organization.

• Make arrangements and determine the location for the display of safety signs and permits on board the ship.
