Board and Community Relations

Partnering with 25 Board Members we established solid oversight and engagement in the mission. Working with the board we developed solid work plans that empowered the board and community to achieve 27% growth within hospital and church blood donations.

Established and maintained community partnerships with more than 2500 organizations and groups to meet mission of organization with a 98% retention rate during ten-year tenure.

Partnered with organizations and media to promote the mission and improve engagement for holiday programs. Improvement of more than 200% in designed programs.

Operational Leader

Implementation of new technology (scheduling software) in the operation to increase efficiency by 25%.

Maintained a quality operation in compliance with FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies no observations in last 2 years from any regulatory agency.

Financial Management and Fundraising
