While my tenure at Parikrma, I have been responsible for several things:

Teaching English, Maths, and EVS to the kindergarten kids.

As the students here don't have much exposure to the modern world, I have adopted distinctive teaching methodologies, which included interactive and creative teaching aids, in order to help them integrate easily into the mainstream.

I have created course resources and content for the official Teacher’s Guidebook, which will be used across all of Parikrma's schools in Bangalore. This guidebook works as an effective teaching aid for new facilitators and enables the organization to simplify the process of training new recruits.

I have also initiated an 'empathy program' in collaboration with another teacher. This taught the older kids how to be kind, caring and patient towards others. The program involves pairing up 5th graders with pre-schoolers to help them with academics thereby creating a bond between the two and inculcating a sense of responsibility in the older students.

I have built a collaborative and friendly classroom environment using and enforcing behavior guides, team teaching, and interactive learning.

I am also in charge of documenting students' academic progress and creating character profiles for each child

I have also represented Parikrma at a variety of professional development workshops centered around learning goals, classroom management, student motivation, and theatre.

Currently working with training and research institute.

Remedial teacher: for grade 1 to 5th.

Responsible -perparing teaching aid, lesson plan, worksheet and question paper to their level .

Down syndrome child:
