1)FUJITA ENGINEERING INDIA PVT LTD – SR.MEP Engineer currently working for their prestigious EMBASSY OF JAPAN – JAPAN government project for the expansion and renovation of the embassy reporting to the MEP manager.

2)Fujita Corporation’s – MEP Engineer for Rolling stock depot & workshop equipment (Aug 2016 – Dec 2018 ) for their esteemed Qatar rail – Doha Metro Phase 1 project (Red line depot & Green line stabling yard) control for earthing and bonding systems, drainage and sewerage system, HVAC/ACMV system (AHU, CRAC, FCU, CAHU), Firefighting system (FM 200, Foam system), Electrical works etc.; from construction until T & C works completion. CURRENT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to MEP manager, my responsibilities include subcontractor’s installation work management as per method statement.

To Manage site supervision activities and supporting the Depot and Workshop team in cooperation with on-site team, customer and Design Review Team

Pre-commissioning activities, commissioning and interfacing, coordinating with other contractors, maintain site dairy.

Coordinate & liaise along with contractors and consultant with all other departments like Design, Architectural (RCP), HSE, QA/QC, Procurement, commercial etc. towards successful completion of project.

Plan, direct and supervise site works in assigned area, review and monitor project progress and completion in accordance with building specifications (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, QCS), safety codes and other regulations & overall project plan.

Review specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, alternative analysis and implementation plans.

Oversee the Supervision Consultant to conduct routine inspections and quality check on all site works and provide appropriate feedback to concerned sub-contractor.

Ensure actions taken by the contractors to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site which include overall risk management actions.

Confer with contractors and consultants to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

Review and Monitor timely reporting of project progress. Ensure achievement of time, quality, cost and HSE goals on project

Monitor and analyze reports on scope, quality, and time to determine if the project is on track.

Liaise with project parties and client for critical decisions as required.

BOQ or Material Take off & requisition for the site installation.

Prepare site instructions relating to the MEP services, as required and issue to the sub-contractor.

To review and approve Sub- contractor’s as built’ drawings and monthly claim.

Authorized permit signatory for all the works, follow the safety requirements

Complete integration of equipment’s to fire alarm interface.

Installation of various system like Chilled water piping & accessories, installation of Fan coil units, AHU valve package, HVAC Duct & Accessories installation, Firefighting pipes & accessories installation, Plumbing (Drainage & Water supply) pipes and accessories installation, installation of Rain water pipes, sanitary wares & accessories. etc.

Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC Ducting & Chilled Water System, Firefighting system. Water supply & Drainage piping system as per approved project standards.

Site coordination and Conduct test pack PSAT, SAT for MEP services as per approved T&C test packs. & prepare for civil defense approval.

ROLE’s & RESPONSIBILITIES (PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS)

Waterline project: works under kahramaa for Umm Al Amad, Rowdat Rashid, Umm Ul Shaherin etc.

Monitor and ensure that all HVAC site activities were conducted in accordance with approved shop drawings as per site Employer Requirements, specification and installation procedure and material storage procedure was properly implemented.

Complete Assembling Installation, test running, pre commissioning & Commissioning of HVAC equipment’s.

Preparing site progress report and submitted to Project Manager (daily and monthly), Control, and coordinate the works of subcontractors and report on their progress and or trends for problems / reported delays to Project Manager.

Coordinate with other MEP managers.

Led the draftsmen to create as built drawings.

Documentation works like work inspection report, inspection request, daily progress report, quality analysis procedure, NCR, billing works.

Maintained proper work flow processes and documentation for record.

Supervised the team of workers with technical guidance to troubleshoot the problem.

Supported and tracked the progress to control the sub-contractors with their works and billing.

Daily progress report to Consultants and Clients.

Quantity surveying with consultants and clients for billing purpose.
