SUMMARY

Deeply rooted compassion in the Behavioral and Mental Health environment, with a clear understanding of the vital need in proactive care. Over the past 30 years, I have experienced both Additions and Mental Illness in my own family, which is what led me to the Human Services field academically. Of all the Knowledge and Wisdom I have gained through life experiences and within the pages of any books, the most important attribute of our human nature is the ability of “Helping Others.” I look forward to having the opportunity to do just that with Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Effectively took control of all financial, personal and health related responsibilities concerning the future and wellbeing of parent. Responsible for the interior and exterior upkeep of parent’s personal property and housing. Caring for my mother after my dad passed away was probably the best, and the worst, experiences I've ever learned so much from. After witnessing first hand, the neglectful actions, or non-actions, of a few caregivers who were employed with the rehabilitation center my mother was transferred to after surgery, I would have never trusted her care to anyone, but myself. In hindsight, I know now it was all a part of God's grand plan for molding me to be the person I am today. 10/2007 to 03/2014
