Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing new samples according to the season code, colour schemes, and forecast.

Developing new ideas and new embroidery techniques.

Developing customised designs for clients and manage them personally, meet the deadlines and target budgets by faster and easier modes.

Sourcing materials and make market visits when required.

Preparing detailed specsheets mentioning all the materials used with the vendors and prices, time elapsed for the development, cost calculations and scans of the samples.

Keeping check on Archive Samples, filling dispatches, packing and parcelling.
