New requirements /functional enhancements are to be gathered, analyzed, developed and tested for quality and consistency. Integration and Performance Testing of the migrated application suite, CTI Performance Testing and addition of 18 Covance Clients to the Core Product are in scope. eService, a client portal integrated to Catalyst is also in scope.
