Key Responsibilities

Pre bid response strategy and work with bid technical and costing team in development and submission of bids.

Develop post contract construction budget and cash flow projection based on project scope and the associated cost

Prepare and freeze project planning and budget document in consultation with project manages and other departmental heads.

Insure assign project are completes within budget and schedules while meetings client needs and business objectives.

Monitor progress against plan & budget, provide financial control and ensure quality and contractual compliance.

Track and monitor project manpower & resources for optimum utilization to raise bar of resources productivity and efficiency.

Oversee the prequalification and bid evaluation process for subcontractors and key vendors.

Coordinate with client /stakeholders, attend progress meeting, develop status report and deliver presentation as required.

Pre-Bid Negotiations, Conflict Resolution, Planning and Market Analysis.

Governance and oversight of all projects activities and assigned work responsibilities to Engineers and Supervisors.

Direct and support project team for the implementation of Energy Efficiency turnkey solutions.

Manage Vendors & Sub-contractors for timely delivery of material & services.

Review Commissioning Plans, Commissioning Specifications and Final Commissioning Reports to communicate with relevant project members. Liaised with Clients, Consultants, Civil and MEP Contractors and TAB Sub-Contractors to oversee and guide an effective commissioning process.

Follow up with local authorities such as DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil defense, Green building &others for approvals.

Attend all Employer/Client regular meetings and follow up actions assigned on the specified dates without any delays.

Provide company management with timely reports on projects progress, financials & challenges.

Provide technical support to team members & sub-contractors on all works related to integrating services, products & solutions.

Attend the commissioning of the energy efficiency projects, and verify the savings are met.

Manage and assist in projects support & maintenance after handing over.

Conduct training to internal staff on subjects related to their specific work duties.

Finalization of T&C program in coordination with specialist and Monitor the progress of T&C /close out documentation.

Technical leadership expertise in design, review & approve technical submittals, drawing and calculations of building MEP works. Built MEP projects with extensive exposure in high and Low rise building, hospitality, riverpark, airport, malls and universities including facades/ Fit outs . Familiar with electrical & Mechanical Systems.

Interface with different functional heads in project management finance, design, procurement, HR & Admin. Involve in the client site walks.

Study of condition of contract, scope of work and schedule of completion, review overall completion plan, engineering submittals plan and provide input to planning. Fully through with the site progress.

Ensure implementation of project quality assurance plan and inspection/testing plan, NCR’s & SOR’s.

Identify change to the contract and make with variations/ claims,
