Function in capacity of a Finance Manager coordinating with dealer, Sales Team & ASM (DFS Mercedes Finance)

Undertake research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance

Interface with customer and conveyance the customer for Mercedes finance plan with best scheme.

Strive to achieve target for cross selling of Vehicle.

Develop relationships with the customers in target dealer for business development.

Independent charge of a team of a team of 6 executives handling 10 DSA and branches, exclusively for Auto Loans.

Evaluate performance and monitor branches to achieve their business targets and also a profitable ROI.

Ensure activation of portfolio of Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers.

Interface with clients for understanding their requirements and suggesting the most viable solutions/products and cultivating relations with them for customer retention and securing repeat business.

Develop relationships with the institutional customers in target markets for business development.

Ensure Sales of Third Party products such as Motor Insurance and Credit Shield products to Loans customers.
