Arrange the Raw Material as Per Schedule for Production without Any Delay

According Production Requirement and schedules, loading of the jobs to the More than 50 workers. Coordinating shifts and monitor fabrication and Cutting shop activities, as per requirement of the job.

Assure and ensure proper material before every process of manufacturing so as to avoid delay in manufacturing.

Preparation of production plan as per delivery schedule. Distribute the Respective load to the different Stations and make continuous follow up so as to get the production within scheduled time.

Managing production and fabrication related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting.

Maintaining compliance with prescribed quality as well as safety standards in the organization.

Co-ordination with stores for proper Material availability and proper material movement and continuous follow up with them to assure and ensure on time delivery

Planning the inventory for spares and consumables so as to keep the costs as low as possible

Started suggestions scheme among the workers for better improvements.

Active participation in 5’S implementation in the plant.

Make various teams in the shop and nominate a team leader for each team to complete 5S working activity in the plant for 20 minutes in each shift.

Every team has given a confined space and a specific task in the shop to do 1S, 2S …activities.

Knowledge of Welding Processes such as MIG with Knowledge of Conventional machine section & its operations such as Turning, Drilling, Milling, Bending CNC VMC HMC & other operations. Familiar with CNC plasma & CNC Gas cutting machines & having Knowledge of Quality control tools like kaizen, Pokayoke, 5’S etc.

Manufacturer of Hyundai Excavator’s Fabricated Parts, such as Cabins, Cowl, Tool box, Engine hood, Booms, Buckets, Arms, Upper & Lower Centers Mahindra parts such as front and rear housing all types bearing caps and 5MT etc.

Educational Qualifications:-

BE (Mechanical) with 66.12% Marks from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in 2015..

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 66.84% Marks from sps swarde ratnagiri M.S.B.T.E (Mumbai board) in 2012.

Computer knowledge- MS Office, ASNT lavel 2
