*Negotiated operations buy-in executed task specific PPE, substance abuse, leading indicator activity calendar and surfeit program to navy town which contributed to 60%decraese in safety related incident

*Deal directly with OHS and municipal HSE inspectors regarding nonconformance items, deficiency corrections, performance issues, case studies and new initiatives.
SUBCONTRACTOR RELATION, NEGOTIATIONS AND CONTRACTS.
*Source, negotiate contract and secure third services for training, HSE signage advance first aid and OIS (Occupational injury service) sick bay.
*Pre-qualify diving and construction contractors issue documentation (RFPs, RFQs) and allocate risk rating based on HSE Matrix and statistics.
SAFETY TRAININGS AND COMPLIANCE
*Lead and deliver training program or seminars in safety documentation, fall awareness, flagging, HSE MS, incident managing, substance abuse, and claim management.
*Oversee and control safety procedures, policies plan and programs pertaining to PPEs, WHMIS,JHA,GRA, ERP,SOP, Confined space, PTW,Fall arrest and spill containment.
*Create customize, develop, implement, track and update HSE MS at office and field site.
*Track performance and ensure site activities, environmental monitoring (municipal & provincial) and inspections comply fully with OHS standards and company guide line.

INVESTIGATIONS, AUDITS & PERMIT
*Carry out comprehensive job site HSE audit and inspection
*Audit, pull and ensure proper permits are in place prior to and during projects, (i.e. ground disturbance,confined space log/out, tag/out, hot work, cold work, client required utility)
*Carryout root cause analysis accident investigation,(systematic cause analysis technique ) and tap root investigation prepare and deliver final report along with recommendation to senior management.
