I am looking for an opportunity for long term employment with an established, value centered company. I would like to work for a company where I can apply my skills to help the company reach their goals. I'm a hard worker, with a good head on my shoulders. Reviewing every order placed with the company. Preparing orders to be entered into the computer system, tagging orders so every department knows what they will be doing with the order. Determine what factory and department will make the product, what dates they will be shipped, if they will make in hands dates, where and how they will be shipped, if the orders are reorders, and if the orders have special request, among other task. Interacting with customers to ensure product will be as desired. Accuracy is a must to insure the company does not lose profits. Filled the role of front desk and owner secretary when the fulltime secretary was not in. Tasks included answering phones, sending orders to Florida location, sorting and delivering in mailing, among other duties.
