Functions & Responsibilities:

oProvide ad hoc and flexible support to Mr Oppenheimer as required.

oConduct extensive research on potential philanthropic undertakings and report my findings to the Social Investment Manager for discussion with Mr Oppenheimer.

oFirst point of contact by responding to and drafting emails to various charitable organisations and beneficiaries on behalf of Mr Oppenheimer.

oAssist Mr Oppenheimer with a “prep sheet” before each meeting, conference, public and private philanthropic events.

oElectronic bookmarking (Adobe) of all board documents as well as electronic and hard copy filing of all correspondence relating to beneficiaries and trustees.

oCompile philanthropic trustee requests as per the quarterly planner and ensure payments are made to all beneficiaries as required.

oRead and analyse Annual Reports from beneficiaries and report on my findings.

oPrepare Agendas and ensure the Action Tracker is up to date.

oProof reading of Tswalu Foundation Board Reports, make corrections where needed and submit.

oReporting on the monthly forecast and budget.

oProjects that I have undertaken are:

oEstablishment of an electronic and paper-based file plan for the Investment office and the Tswalu Foundation.

oCompile a Yearly Planning Schedule of all reporting, meetings, payments, traveling per month and per quarter
