Conducts orientation for newly hired employees for the entire Hospitality
Performs the role of EBS & HCM champion whereby train and support other HR admin staffs in using the system
Answers relevant HR queries with regards to leave details, overtime pay, medical insurance claims, life insurance, increments, incentives, deductions in line with HR policies and procedures.
Oversees PR Department which includes processing of new visa, visa renewal, visa cancellation, labour contract amendment, labour complaints and court cases.
Applies for medical insurance cards, claims reimbursements, addition & deletion, renewal
Checks monthly payroll before submitting the file to the accounts department for salary disbursement
Leads the performance management process (both annual & mid-year) within the business area by guiding and advising managers on continued staff development by setting objectives, development plans, coaching and providing feedback.
