Used extensive knowledge to help plan the rollout of the DNS, DHCP, Windows 2000 AD services for most of the above-mentioned clients. Sprint’s implementation included over 50,000 DHCP clients and 30,000 DNS addresses which was implemented on an HP cluster server. As a team member I assisted with Micromuse NetCool® and Impact®. Worldport is using the resulting Network Management System for their new network initiative. The system tracks the status and utilization of routers, switches, FTP, HTTP, DNS, POP3, and ICMP. The system is also used to provide real-time and proactive analysis all which was running on Sun Netra’s

Instrumental in the Distributed Network Management initiative at BellSouth.net. Which needed a Service Level Agreement for customers using Availability, Latency and Packet Loss to determine charge back allocations.

Involved in the SNMP collection of the DNM statistics from client-to-client, client-to-Internet, and client-to-BellSouth.net Managed Facilities. We showed them how to combine Trinagy (DeskTalk SNMP Trend) along with Empire AdvantEDGE supporting SysEdge agents. NerveCenter is the SNMP Manager for Router and Switch event management.

Engaged with the roll out Lucent Technologies QIP IP Management software and integration of Windows 2000 Active Directory for JP Morgan investment firm, Fleming Investment and Chase Manhattan Bank Globally. Current conversion consists of over 950,000 objects.

Transitioned various Fortune 100 and 500 companies from NetID and Cisco’s CNR to Vital QIP
