Customer air dryers.

Perform either repairs or preventive maintenance on the air dryer systems, which included

Changing of desiccant, replacing air filters to the pre-filters and after filters, rebuilding the

Inlet and Purge outlet valves along with the purge inlet and outlet valves and

Purge adjustment check valves.

Troubleshooting PLC and relay logic, Brands such Allen Bradley Roxwell RSLogix 5000. Siemens S7 and others. As well as trouble shot Logix5000 Controllers I/O. Using HMI’s Roxwell automation to operate

troubleshot, adjusted programs and calibrate VFD’s drives such as Allen Bradley PowerFlex 70, Emerson Siemens Toshiba and Westinghouse. Voltages from 115v to 230v 460v. Calibrated different digital valve controllers.

Reading P&IDs, Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulic Schematics and prints.

Instrumentation sets ups and calibrations. Calibrated control pump and control valves 4 t0 20mA Loop pressures /flows

By using lap tops and control panels diagnose and making command changes. Repair Electrical systems.

Repair or upgrade Mech, ADC controllers and swing arms.

Repair and PMS on competitors’ air dryer and go over air compressor upstream of air dyer

Filtration system.

Fill out reports on service done to customer equipment and recommend service that needs to

be done next.

Observe other customer equipment that could be worked. See if customer needs new

Parts, dryers and possible other service opportunities and possible upgrades on equipment.

Travel far sites. Working in the city and over nights stays.

Report back to service manager and keeping salesmen informed.

Install new equipment and de install old equipment.

Inspect Indoor Cranes and equipment to OSHA requirements. Work was performed at power plants, nuclear power plants and various industrial companies.

Write up reports for customers to bring the customer up to OSHA Standards.

Perform preventive maintenance checks. Looking at the cranes brakes, Contactors, relays and motors. Inspecting wire rope and chains as well as the hooks. Replacing wire rope and chains

Working on equipment while I troubleshot equipment that had Hydraulics and Pneumatics problems. I worked on

Injection Molding machines such Brands as Boy Machine, Husky, Hettinga, HPM, and Mitsubishi. Worked on Horizontal and vertical machines. Worked on clamps, pistons, HMI’s, Limit and safety switches, pumps, tanks, nozzles plasticizing barrels, decompression before Plasticizing screws rotations, advancing and retract, adjusting Pressure limits and delay time, clamping force and mold opening and closing problems and clamp pressure, application time.

Calibrating and upgrading software. Along with PMs.

Talk with costumers about getting upgrades on existing equipment or buying new equipment.
