Review the HSES weekly and monthly statistics reports submitted by the Construction Contractor.

Prepare a yearly HSES audit schedule for Construction Contractor and for Supervision Consultant (for internal audit) and Conduct the audits on the HSES MS of the Construction Contractor as scheduled

Conduct monthly KPI on Construction Contractor.
