Study and review of the construction drawing (P&ID &ISO, SUPPORTS and battery limit details.

Study work procedure for fabrication, joint numbering, material identification, storage welding and Quality assurance.

Report projected shortfall of material and constraints.

Erection and commissioning of machinery, tanks, vessels, heat exchanger etc.

Rack piping, unit piping, sleeper piping, underground piping.

Participation in testing with vigil on vent/drain and safe hydro test, Mechanical completion and final box-up lines.

Ensure collection of records of all NDT’s, Heat treatment and make a complete Document for line / systems to be handed over the operations.

Overall Co-ordination with the project/ Engineer groups, store and sites.

Hydro testing & Pneumatic testing in all type of pipe lines.

Knowledge of piping as per isometric drawing.

Planning and scheduling of site activities.

Follow up all safety aspects.

Work in permit system.

Responsibilities for over all safety of men, machinery, and environment.

Check fabrication, Erecting, supports and nozzle alignment with respect to drawing and Quality plan

Knowledge of the storage tank and vessels fabrication and erection.

Knowledge of the storage tank and vessels hydro test procedure and pre commissioning activities
