Position: HR Specialist
Recruitment Responsibilities:
-Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, sourcing, screening CVs, interviews, and offers.
-Conducting the recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers while managing a high volume of open requisitions.
-Sourcing and attracting the perfect caliber candidates that match the business culture and objectives.
-Analyzing and measuring recruitment sources and take the needed corrective actions.
-Building a strong relationship with the internal department managers and external recruitment agencies.

Training Responsibilities:

-Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities; this includes Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
- Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database
- Verify and input pay and data changes through calculating the variation in the monthly salary components (deductions – bonuses overtime – mobile – transportation allowances …etc.) to ensure that payroll database reflects current and accurate information.
