Roles and Responsibilities:
Receiving requests from the clusters/customers via mail.
Responding to the clusters/customers via mail.
Analysing and finding solution on the reason for dispute.
Providing end to end solutions to the disputes raised by the customer/cluster to avoid re-dispute.
Responding to customer/cluster frequently about the rejection and the acceptance of dispute raised by customer/cluster.
Maintaining system accuracy @ 100% always, and ensuring that correct Invoice should reach customer for immediate payment.
Fixing the issue at the first stage to avoid the credit memo to the customer.
Deliver performance on accuracy and productivity and ensure Global KPIs are met.
Send the accurate Invoices to customer and meets the SLA & reduces disputes.
Rates are pre-audit before invoice generated.
Arresting Tariff & Market rates for all the shipment.
Contract/ Rates Filing.
Correcting the contract based on the sales and customer agreement to avoid the future shipment to pick correct rates.
Achieve individual and group targets.
Providing current market rate for the customer based on the market pulse.
Preparing daily report to the management for handling customers queries and doing internal audit.
Interacting with customers all over the world through E-mail, Lync and phone calls.
Providing clarification to team members on complex mails. And training for new recruited staff.
Currently working in the STAD department (Sales, Trade & Marketing, Analytics & Disputes)
Have been provided with training on the new application AFLS Accenture Freight and Logistics Software which replaces the existing system MARS and QTC
Price filing and sending quotations to customers.
MARS Maersk automatically rating system
MARS application Routing/Term and conditions/Contract are filed with validity
QTC Quote to Customer
QTC is a tool, which create an output to the customer, like tender.
New Process enhancement:
AFLS Accenture freight and Logistics software
AFLS is an application which has combination of QTC and MARS application.
Through AFLS timeliness and accuracy of process had increased.
