•Generate receipts in MAXIMO and SAP for all materials ordered.

•Resolve all materials related Parked invoices, ensure goods receipts are completed and Inform AP team(Manila) for payment to vendors.(P2P). Identify bottle necks in the process and implement processes to resolve bottle necks and to ensure continuity.
