Plant emergency handling.
Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Transformers (25MVA, 4MVA, 2.5MVA).
Transformer testing like insulation resistance, winding resistance test, polarization index test, magnetizing current test, tan delta test, short circuit and open circuit testing up to 25MVA.
Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of LT asynchronous motors up to 630kw.
Control and power circuit connection of DOL, R-DOL, STAR DELTA & DUAL SPPED starter with maintenance up to 440 volt.
Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of VVVFDs (SIEMENS & ABB) and soft starters
(ABB).
VCB maintenance up to 33kv (SIEMENS, ABB, AREVA).
ACB maintenance up to 440v (ABB, SIEMENS).

& breakdown maintenance of electrical installation of the following: TG Units (30MW), MCC, PCC, LT&HT-Panels, VFD Drives, Aux. of boilers (130TPH) DM- Plant, Transformers, Motors etc.
Protection of boiler and TG.
Maintenance and trouble shooting of Transformers (37.5 MVA, 5MVA, 2MVA).
Substation maintenance (both HT & LT).
132kv switchyard maintenance.
Maintenance and trouble shooting of induction motors (up to 850kw) with power and control circuits.
Maintenance and trouble shooting of HT induction motors(6.6KV)
Power Generation and Distribution- Monitoring & Control.
Synchronizing with Grid, control of power factor.
Plant emergency handling i.e. desynchronisation from grid, TG tripped condition, plant black-out condition etc.
Maintenance and operation of DG set (500 KVA).
Maintenance of Battery Bank.
Operation, maintenance and installation of SOFT STARTER, VFDs.
Power cable laying and termination.
