Supervise all HR related activities such as recruiting, performance and rewards, training and development, payroll and employee relations

Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with the HR strategy

The goal is to ensure personnel receive the correct compensation in a timely manner

To calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments

Responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of employee’s monthly payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information,participate in daily data entry payroll processing

Responsibilities:

Supervise all HR related activities such as recruiting, performance and rewards, training and development, payroll and employee relations

Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with the HR strategy and mission, values and overall business strategy

Communicate with public services authorities and government related officials when necessary.

Manage the development and implementation of necessary procedures to streamline HR processes and avoid policy violation or misinterpretation.

Analyse, formulate and implement all related policy changes and recommendations, keeping the HR policies current and responsive to the staff and organization's needs, and to local laws and regulations and procedures updated as per the organization's requirements and according to the provisions of Kuwait labor law .

Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of information in accordance with the HR policies and procedures

Follow up with the general manager to prepare the company’s manpower plans and recruitment plan.

Supervise daily work of HR department and ensures goals are met.

Execution of employee resignation and termination and clearance, and to notify Accounts team about the information and follow up its final settlement and keeping proper documentation for fillings.

Processing Employee Leave to be coordinated and reported with the Main HR

(Annual, Sick Leave, and Personal Leave).

Recruitment / Interview and prepare the job offer and contracts for new employees.

Follow up on the attendance of the company staff.

Responsible to maintain the confidential information with-in its HR Offices, such as Employee Files or any other related Reports in regards of HR. (both hard and soft copy report)

Execution of employee warnings and grievance.

Human Resources activities, handling payroll / termination / resignations for the employees (Al-Shamel System).

Handling correspondence with government authorities.

Recruitment / Interview and prepare the job offer and contracts for new employees.

Monitoring daily attendance and keeping track for monthly payroll.

Handling screening CVs and Exit interview; as per requirement

Orientation of employees and maintain personnel files

Preparation of reports related to Staff history and progress and survey

Handling resignations, termination and dismissal for local and overseas employees

Coordinating between HR Admin Dept. and other departments of the company

Issuing Circulars, Decisions, translation of memos, legal documents

Processing and handling annual leaves, returns, medicals, penalties, increment, deduction and other documents that involve payroll

Issuing certificates (Salary certificate, salary transfer, Service Certificate)

Coordination with Insurance company

Perform New Hire Orientation for all new hires.

Responsibilities also include sourcing temporary and contract positions

Overseas and local recruitment, issuing visa (Visit Visa, work permit) . Education Qualifications:

Qualifications : Bachelor of Arts & Education: 74.3% (Good). University : Cairo University Faculty of Education section of French Language.
