As a CEO, I take charge of corporating with other headquarters executing the entire cash-to-cash cycle (planning, sales, marketing, procurement, production, and finance). Led a team of 3 people developed an analysis and forecasting VBA application which could analyze the business strategy, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
