PROFILE

The Dental Office has been my second home for more than 8 years. Dentistry has given me a career where I can be part of providing smiles to others. It has given me the opportunity to lead others by building people, growing business and being part of great teams. 2014-2016

I joined Christie Dental after relocating to Florida with my Family. I begin my journey in August 2014 where I accepted a position as an Office Manager. Some of my responsibilities included but were not limited to, managing the daily operation of the practice, including managing employees’ responsibilities, hours, and I maintained the office/dental supplies while staying within budget. I also worked closely with the Doctor to maximize their schedule’s, presented treatment plans and discussed financial arrangements for treatment acceptance.

After managing the office for over a year, I took a promotion as a Practice Manger. This new role gave me the opportunity to manage multiple locations at a time. My responsibilities were to support each office by preparing a plan and making the correct financial decisions to stay within the means of that plan. I was in charge of hiring staff members including onboarding Dentists and managed financial statements to track profitability of the practices. Most recently I have gained experience in the transition of acquiring an outside private practice.

As an Administrative Assistant my role was to schedule patients effectively for dental treatment in multiple-practice locations. I completed weekly and monthly reports as well as managed and paid bills monthly. Verifying insurance and submitting pre-determinations as well as working outstanding claims and accounts receivable was a few of my daily job responsibilities.
