Calibration of all In-house checking instruments, all gauges and Receipt inspection part checking fixtures.

New/Engineering change product development dimensional checking (Layout Inspection) as per drawing.

Prepare First Piece Inspection Report, Pre Dispatch Inspection Report.

Analysis on rejection & rework by red bin & yellow bin at INPROCESS & FINAL Inspection stage.

Elimination of operator mistakes/ errors by providing Fool-proofing/ POKAYOKE in the fixtures and inspection gauges.
