Performed as the Readiness Technician of Unit Status Report (USR) for Army Propositioned Stock-4 (APS-4). Responsible for maintaining classified and unclassified records, files, reports and forms. Prepare USR Reports IAW AR 220-1 and AR 700-138, Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability. Analyze unit MTOE/ TDA, evaluate requirements, researches, and inputs/updates Unit Identification Code (UIC) data for Brigade UICs initiated by HQDA. Effectively input SIPR NetUSR data based on the ARFORGEN MTO&E for 39 battalions located in South Korea and Japan. Additionally coordinate, prepare and submit UIC reports through the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS-A) including data additions, deletions, transfers and changes on a periodic basis and as organizations identity or status changes occur. Perform periodic audits of the UIC database to ensure accuracy. Conduct COSIS Cost Estimates (equipment, personnel, and supply).
