WORK EXPERIENCE

Hykon India Limited-QA Engineer (Oct.2015 – Presently Working) Hykon, an ISO 9001 certified company, which is one of the leading providers of power electronics with varied interests in Information Technology & Solar Energy. Innovative products includes Home Ups/inverters, Inline/Online Ups, Life PO4 Batteries, SMF and Tubular Batteries, Solar water heaters, Solar Power plants and Servo Stabilizers. Duties & Responsibiities:

Inspection of Incoming Raw materials to ensure the quality of the incoming materials meets the quality criteria of Company’s Quality Policy, providing QA approval for further procedures for manufacturing.

Review and make disposition on non-conforming materials.

Planning of Test Procedures and preparation of required documents as per ISO.

In-process Verification, providing suggestions to Production Department so as to maintain quality in each stages of production

Inspection of Finished Goods from the manufacturing units by means of Sampling as per Quality Policy & recording the same with concerned department acknowledgement

Drive supplier performance improvement through root cause analysis, corrective action and supplier performance reviews

Conducting Quarterly Internal Audits to find out drawbacks in procedures and to implement new methods/procedures if required by analyzing the Audit records.

Support Continues Improvement by identifying and addressing opportunities to reduce cost, improve product/process and/or improve overall operations

Participating in Customer complaint Meetings and discussion with R&D team regarding the points noted like product development, issues faced in field by service team, fluctuations, outsourced components issues, etc.

Provide inputs on inspection methods & improvements related to job.

BPL Telecom Pvt. Ltd –Consultant QA (Mar.2013 –Oct.2015) BPL Telecom Pvt Ltd, is a Telecom Based company manufacturing of Telephones, EPABX and PLCC products. BPL have a wide network all over in India and one of the major Customer is Electricity board in PAN India. Duties & Responsibiities:

Final product Testing and Keep Records as per Quality Policy.

Design & In-process Verification

Servicing of Warranty period products & Analyzing product complaints.

Internal Calibration of Meters & Co-ordinate for External Calibration.

Complaint monitoring & monthly report preparation
