Professional Experience;
That I have been on key post for twenty (20) years as Medical Superintendent in Health Department KPK in various secondary and tertiary level hospitals, DHQ hospital Mardan,Mardan Medical Complex Mardan,AHQ Hospital Landi Kotal, DHQ Hospital Charsadda & Batkhela.
That I have the art and skill of health management, financing and capacity building of the staff.
At present working as District Health Manager Peoples Primary Health Initiative (PPHI) KPK Mardan controlling 49 Basic Health Units (BHUs) in terms of Management and Professional delivery working on Primary Healthcare and maternal and child health services.
That besides health management I have the art of clinical approach as updated which help me in management, financing, monitoring, planning and execution/implementation of any health related project.
CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
.More than 20 years primary health care including Maternal and child health
services, master trainer in Nutrition,TB, Malaria, reproductive diseases, EPI,
Diarrhea, Hepatitis C and B, AIDS program and involved in Prime Minister health
program with capacity building. Mostly in touch with the public health,
Highly experienced in interpersonal relationship with better communication and have
the art of expressing my knowledge with vast experience in Healthcare Management.

objective oriented with high command and coordination skill and reporting as

I have worked for with MSF France in Mardan serving IDPs in Health delivery system as seniour Doctor Team leader I have worked AS PROJECT CORDINATOR MCH and CMAM ACTIVITIES IN DISTT CHARSADDA WITH JOHANNITOR A GERMAN INGO GLOBALLY REPUTED ORGANISATION.AND HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED Two PROJECTS ON MATENAL AND CHILD HEALTH AND NUTRITION IN KHYBER PUKHTUKHWA.
As Field coordinator CMAM in a reputetd organization (community Appraisal Mobization Programe looking after 8 Teams in Peshawar, Nowshera and Charsadda working on primary Health care and Health education including 16 Doctors,8 Nursing 8
