Enroll and maintain a bench of on call doctors, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Speech therapists for the region with complete ownership of screening, consultancy agreement, payment terms and timelines
Mentor and coach regional sales team for better productivity also review from operational and Business end.

Ensure uninterrupted critical supply by Liaising with operations
Monitoring relevant quality indicators, reporting of incident reports/sentinel reports.
Prompt grievance/complaint handling.
Ensure availability of care providers needed for the patient, viz. respiratory therapist, physiotherapist, nurses, etc.
